Founded in 1980, Prestige Accommodations is a full service meeting planning and accommodations firm headquartered in Orange County, California. The cornerstone of our philosophy is to provide outstanding and personalized service, creative ideas and solutions to our clientele, as well as highly professional meeting planning experiences based on the unique and varied experience of our meeting planners.

We plan and coordinate conventions, conferences, symposia, trade shows, sales meetings, and incentives for associations and corporations nationwide. Our sphere of expertise ranges from the continental United States to Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, the Caribbean and Europe. In the course of an average year, Prestige Accommodations will provide various services for over 30 clients, comprising approximately 50 meetings. These services may be site selection and negotiation, or as comprehensive as complete planning and management services. Our average group size is between 800 and 1,000 persons, with our largest group attendance being approximately 9,000 persons.

In addition to these savings, many times a hotel or venue will pay a fee for the valuable business we bring them. Our three senior planners have 30, 25, and 22 years of experience in the meeting planning profession. This core group has expertise in both the hotel industry and in meeting and convention planning.
